Bobbie Anne Cox is the keynote speaker on the many dangers of the regulation now in place in New York that allows Governor Kathy Hochul and The NY Health Department to place people in quarantine camps on suspicion of their possiblly being a health threat. No proof is required. No trial is allowed. There are no limits on how long a person can be detained. This can be applied to children and senior citizens. The Governor has overstepped her authority in doing this. This regulation is completely illegal.
