On September 13, 2023, oral arguments on the quarantine lawsuit took place at the Supreme Court of the State of New York Appellate Division in Rochester, NY. Hundreds of people came from all over New York to show their support for this case and Attorney Cox.
It was truly an amazing day! The crowd was filled with patriotic people who love freedom, their state, each other and especially, Attorney Cox (who worked for more than two years on this case). It was a beautiful demonstration of “the power of the people”.
After Attorney Cox finished oral arguments and left the packed courtroom, she received a standing ovation from people in the courtroom and in the hallway.
