The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in favor of religious freedom in its Thanksgiving eve ruling against New York Governor Cuomo’s COVID-19 restrictions. The High Court has barred Andrew Cuomo from enforcing his overly prohibitive COVID-19 order against religious institutions while the lower court decides on the constitutionality of Cuomo’s over-reaching order.
